Kuda Nembaware
Managing Director
Kuda Nembaware is the Founder, Managing Director and Managing Partner at Osage Financial, an advisory, tax and private accounting firm based in the DFW Metroplex. He previously served as a Financial Controller at Frymire Home Services, a multimillion-dollar Home Service industry business.

Kuda Nembaware is a philosopher, an avid accountant, economist, farmer, survivalist, and business operator engaging primarily in incubating new businesses and helping investors, business owners and managers in optimizing their current business operations though Osage Financial. He is a Graduate of Texas A&M University Commerce, BS in Accounting.
He is a frequent public speaker, author, and debater in the topics of business growth, political economy, business theory and philosophy.

In 2025 Kuda Nembaware created the terms:
Genetic Intelligence to separate naturally occurring human intelligence and the nascent Artificial Intelligence.

Horst
Chief Marketing Officer
Madelyn Horst is a Texas-based Marketing Officer with a passion for turning ideas into results. Her work spans full-platform marketing, where she develops and executes content strategies across social media and digital campaigns.

Beyond content creation, Madelyn plays a key role in researching, identifying, and acquiring potential clients, helping businesses grow through intentional outreach, relationship-building, and strategic positioning. She thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity, ensuring that marketing efforts not only look good—but perform.

Known for her ability to bring concepts to life visually, Madelyn creates compelling graphics, reels, and brand assets that translate vision into clear, engaging stories. Whether launching campaigns, building brand presence, or supporting business growth, she bridges creative execution with business goals to drive real impact.
Bryan Krumwiede
Accounting Consultant
Bryan Krumwiede moved to Texas at a young age, doing most of his growing up in the town of San Angelo.

Bryan Krumwiede Graduated from Angelo State University, BS Accounting. After Graduating in the town of San Angelo, a change was needed, a bigger area with more opportunities.
Bryan Krumwiede moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in the fall of 2016.
​
From 2016 onwards Bryan Krumwiede worked for two Private firms specializing in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, much knowledge and experience was gained through work with these companies, culminating in his current position as an Accounting Consultant at Osage Financial.
​
Today, Bryan Krumwiede works on a variety of Accounting projects helping Osage Financials' clients in GAAP Accounting, Auditing Assistance, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Jacob Wagner
Accounting Consultant
Jacob Wagner, grew up in Mt. Pleasant, Texas and is a proud husband and a father of 2 girls. He joined the United States Navy Reserve in 2014 as an enlisted Intelligence Specialist and currently serves to this day with the ranking of E-6. Although his military career offered many opportunities in many different areas, he always sought to move closer to family, especially after the arrival of his first daughter.

In May 2024, he moved back to Northeast Texas and subsequently completed his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Governors University in September 2024. Jacob’s background in information analysis and personnel management led to his current position here at Osage Financial. He was graciously welcomed to the team in September 2024.

Currently at Osage Financial, Jacob specializes in Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Corporate Financial analysis, Financial Reporting and Corporate Strategy. He often interfaces directly with our clients for financial planning, cash flow planning/analysis and financial reporting. Additionally, he calculates and process payroll for +60 employees, with millions in annual payroll distributions.
